Owner, CRNA, MSN, Injector
Jana was born in New Orleans, Louisiana but has called Louisville home since she was 3 years old. She graduated valedictorian of her class at DuPont Manual High School and went on to study nursing at the University of Louisville where she finished in the top 10% of her class. She spent some of her most rewarding years in the Trauma ICU at the University of Louisville and went on to complete her Masters of Nursing in Anesthesia at the University of Cincinnati and has been a practicing CRNA ever since!
She met her forever love, Josh, in 2013 and were married in 2015 to make a blended family of 6. In 2018, Josh and Jana had Charlie Kate and their family has been complete ever since. In all, she has Grace (20), Kyan (18), Isabelle (16), Lily (13), and Charlie Kate (6). She jokes that her house is a circus at any given moment, but with 2 Great Danes and 5 kids, you never know what kind of chaos has erupted…and she loves every second of it

​Hannah Stearns is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her BSN from the University of Louisville and Master of Science in Nursing at Bellarmine University. Her nursing background includes Critical Care, Labor & Delivery, and School-Based Health. She is a Louisville native where she lives with her husband and two fur children.

Lauryn was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She earned her Bachelors degree at The University of Louisville Nursing School. She has 11 years of experience in the medical field; 10 years in critical care. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Adult Intensive Care Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit recovering patients after surgery.
Lauryn’s passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful led her to become certified as an Aesthetic Injector.
Continued education is a huge priority for Lauryn. She strives to deliver quality and safe care in her aesthetic practice.
Lauryn’s goal is to educate and help reach your natural aesthetic goals with a collaborative approach, tailored to your budget (negative self talk is not allowed)!

Jess received her BSN from Bellarmine University and her Doctorate from University of Louisville. Aside from being a cosmetic injector, she is also a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner.
She absolutely loves helping people look and feel their best from the outside in. She’s passionate about educating her clients and collaborating as a team to achieve aesthetic goals. She loves the constant learning that’s involved and all the fun she gets to have with her clients!

Kasi is from sunny Tampa, FL. She is a healthcare professional with a passion for enhancing the well-being and confidence of her patients. Kasi graduated from the University of South Florida, she has experience as a pediatric emergency department nurse and currently works as a Neuro ICU nurse and certified aesthetic injector. Her journey into the aesthetic field began as a medical assistant for a plastic surgeon, where she developed a deep appreciation for facial anatomy and the transformative power of aesthetics.

Now residing in Kentucky with her husband. She embraces the joys of rural life on their mini farm with their adopted dog, three rescued cats, and 13 chickens! When she’s not busy caring for her patients or her animals, she loves to travel, bake sourdough, and enjoy beach reads with a refreshing margarita in hand.

For Kasi, the most rewarding part of her nursing career is helping patients feel more confident in themselves, a mission she passionately pursues every day.

Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville in 2007 (with Jana!) and her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2014. She has served in Nursing education at several local Universities since 2010.
She has 2 children; Addison (11) and Jaxson (7).

Emma was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After getting her undergrad from the University of Louisville, she decided to pursue an esthetics license from PJs Cosmetology School.
Emma has a passion for making people feel confident in their own skin. She has a history of having acne herself, which fuels her empathy and understanding when working with clients. Her personal experience with acne led her to become certified as an acne expert shortly after she graduated from PJs.
Emma loves and values each of her clients. She is dedicated to providing a tailored experience to you and your unique skin concerns and goals. Let her help your skin look its best!
Licensed Esthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist

Born and raised Louisville native Brooke graduated from Esthetician school in 2019 at Pj’s school of Cosmetology & received her certification in Permanent Cosmetics in 2021 from AOIC Cosmetics. Along with her medical laser certifications and many others, Brooke has a passion for continuing education and art.
Starting from a young age she had a creative flare and out of the box perspective of beauty. Brooke not only does cosmetic tattooing, but also tiny body tattoos & esthetics as well. She spends her weeks with her three children and husband when she is not at the spa giving facials, tattoos, permanent makeup & more. If you need a therapy session, and want to feel and look your best, book with Brooke, she will talk your ear off (Ha!).

Allison, a San Antonio, Texas native, graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a minor in Dance, where her passion for ballet first blossomed. Recently relocating to Louisville, KY, she shares her new home with her fiancé and two beloved dogs. Known for her creativity, Allison embraces all things artistic and finds joy in exploring new avenues of expression. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, experimenting in the kitchen, and enthusiastically planning her upcoming wedding.

Since moving to Louisville, she’s been so happy to find a little family within the XO team and is really excited about what she can bring to the table.
