What is Health & Wellness Injections at XO Aesthetic Refinery? It's a treatment that injects fluid, medications, or vitamins directly into our patient’s veins is known as IV or intravenous therapy. IV therapy is administered either through an infusion, sometimes known as a drip. This therapy is a preferred method of treatment for many medical problems, as it is an efficient and effective means of delivering medications, vitamins, and fluids directly into the bloodstream. 

 

Our medical providers administer IV therapy for a number of conditions.  These conditions include and are not limited to: cold and flu,  morning sickness, hangovers, dehydration, altitude sickness, chronic fatigue, jet lag, GI upset, etc.

What should I expect during IV therapy?

Typically, you will spend the entire therapy session sitting down in a comfortable position. A needle will be inserted directly into a vein after the nurse has cleaned the injection site.

Treatment typically takes 30-45 minutes once the infusion has begun.
